There have been so many people talking about the Instant Pot lately! I finally had to get one for myself, just to see if it was worth all the hype! I have to say, I love it! It is a workhorse in the kitchen! There are so many things you can do with it, and it saves so much time!

There’s nothing like coming home from work to a house that smells like heaven from a Crock-Pot full of my Hearty Crock Pot Beef Stew with Root Vegetables that has been simmering away all day!
